SCTS Tribunals User Charter

The SCTS Tribunals User Charter has gone live across all jurisdictions. The Charter clearly sets out a standard of service which all users can expect to receive from the administrative staff of the Mental Health Tribunal for Scotland.

Public and privilege holidays 2025

**To note that Easter Monday (21 April 2025) is not a bank holiday in Scotland under the Banking and Financial Dealings Act 1971 and therefore is a "working day" for the purposes of sections 47 and 68 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003.
